Early 20th Century Restoration

Old homes in Rhode Island are one of a kind. These homes were built with detail and craftsmanship in mind. With that said, 100 years is a long time and a lot can and has happened. This situation presented many challenges including adding another downspout to address a pooling issue in the integrated metal roof and gutter. Which was found after the rotted area was sealed. We were able to get this area back to its original glory and are very pleased with the results.
